Support for All Siraya Tech Resins

Here you will get support information for our resins, including exposure, post-processing, mechanical properties and documentations.

Exposure Recommendation

Blu likes to be printed at higher temperature. It can be printed faster and with stronger results when it is pre-heated to 28C and even better if user pre-heat the build plate

** RESIN EXPOSURE FINDER does not work well for transparent resins like Blu

Anycubic Photon (see below)

Phrozen Shuffle / XL 7s for 50um (reported by users).

Science

​Anycubic Photon (Without Pre-heating)

Layer height: 50um

Normal Exposure time: 12 secs

Offtime: 6.5 secs

Bottom Exposure Time: 90 secs

Bottom layers: 8

 

​Anycubic Photon (With Pre-heating)

Layer height: 50um

Normal Exposure time: 10 secs

Offtime: 6.5 secs

Bottom Exposure Time: 30 secs

Bottom layers: 6

Post Processing

Cleaning Solution: Ethanol (preferred) or IPA

Cleaning Method: Use painter brush to remove uncured resins. Ultrasonic cleaner is not needed.

​

Post-Curing: 390-405nm UV light for about 10 minutes. As long as it is no longer sticky, it is fully cleaned and cured.

Blu, Sculpt, and Tenacious like to be printed at a higher temperature. It can be printed faster and with stronger results when it is pre-heated to 28C and even better if user pre-heat the build plate with hairdryer. You should at least keep the environment temperature over 20C if you don't have an internal heater for the printer.
